Non-participating TERM policies and unsettled claims

All Whole of Life and Endowment unsettled claims and Term policies have been transferred to Chubb Life via an IPSA s44 Transfer process approved by the Reserve Bank of New Zealand.  Chubb Life has written to all impacted policyholders and is settling all outstanding claims, subject to receipt of required documentation.
